Cancellation policy

The two rates

Refundable: 30% today, the rest 60 days before arrival. You can cancel under the rules for your dates.
Non-refundable: 10% less, paid in full today, while a refund is still possible. Inside the usual cancellation window the stay is non-refundable and a 5% last-minute discount applies instead.

For stays that include a night from 1 August to 15 September.
60 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Fewer than 60 days and at least 30 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation is refunded.
Inside 30 days: the accommodation is not refunded.

For stays that do not include a night from 1 August to 15 September.
30 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Fewer than 30 days and at least 7 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation is refunded.
Inside 7 days: the accommodation is not refunded.

You have 24 hours after booking to change your mind and get a full refund, if you booked at least 7 days before arrival.
After arrival, or if you do not arrive: nothing is refunded.

A refund is of what you have already paid, minus what this policy retains.
On the refundable rate, cleaning and tourist tax are returned if you cancel before arrival. Direct bookings have no cleaning fee, so there is usually nothing to return for cleaning.
On the non-refundable rate, only the tourist tax is returned if you cancel before arrival.

While a refund is still possible: paid in full today and 10% less than the refundable rate.
If you book inside the usual cancellation window for your dates, the stay is non-refundable and a 5% last-minute discount applies instead of the 10%.
You have 24 hours after booking to change your mind and get a full refund, if you booked at least 7 days before arrival.
After that, the accommodation is not refunded.
Tourist tax is still returned if you cancel before arrival.

Reply to your confirmation email. A cancellation is not in force until we have confirmed it.
The refund is calculated on the day we receive the cancellation, against the policy for your rate.
