What this site handles, why it is needed and who is responsible for it.
What this preview does
- Arrival, departure and guest count can be used to check availability and an indicative price; they are not a reservation.
- An enquiry is a message to the house, not a booking or a payment.
Enquiry details
- The purpose of any enabled enquiry form is to assess and respond to a requested villa stay. Only the details needed for that conversation should be supplied; do not include sensitive information in free text.
- When you send an enquiry, your name, email, phone, dates and notes are emailed to the house using Resend. We keep only a non-personal receipt (a reference and hashes) so we can confirm delivery.
Retention and deletion
- The property owner or manager is responsible for deciding when enquiry contact details are no longer needed and for deleting them from the configured delivery channel. No fixed retention period has yet been approved, so this preview does not claim one.
- To ask for access to or deletion of an enquiry you sent, write to the house through the same channel you used to enquire.
Optional map
- No interactive map provider is contacted when the peninsula page first loads. The first-party orientation poster and written guide work without third-party content.
- If you choose to load or open the map, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap and may send standard connection information, including your IP address and browser metadata. The map request contains only the coarse public coordinate 43.20, 6.59, never the villa’s exact address.
Data minimisation
- Contact details must not be placed in page URLs. Stay dates and guest count may appear in a shareable URL so the selection can survive navigation.
- Private access instructions, calendar-feed addresses, service credentials and security secrets are not public page content.
