Booking conditions
These conditions apply when you book Le Mas du Rocher directly on this site. They sit alongside the house rules and the cancellation policy.
A booking
- Paying the amount due today — the deposit on the refundable rate, or the full stay on the non-refundable rate — confirms the booking and holds the dates.
- The person named on the booking is the lead guest and is responsible for the whole group.
- Dates are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed, the hold is released and nothing is booked.
Payment
- Refundable rate: 30% today, the rest 60 days before arrival. If you book inside those 60 days, the full amount is due today.
- Non-refundable rate: 10% less, paid in full today.
- You pay on Mollie’s secure page. We do not see your card details.
- We email a link for any remaining balance before it is due.
The price
- The quoted total is for the whole house. There is no cleaning fee when you book direct.
- French tourist tax of €6.05 per adult per night is added to the total.
- A security deposit, if one is required, is confirmed with you directly and is not taken as part of the online payment.
The stay
- Arrival from 15:00; departure by 10:00.
- The house takes up to 12 guests, and no more than two small dogs.
- No smoking indoors. No parties, events or commercial photography. Quiet from 22:00 to 08:00. The full house rules are on Good to know.
Changes and cancellation
- Cancellation windows depend on your dates: longer for stays that include a night from 1 August to 15 September. The rules are on the cancellation policy page.
- To change dates or cancel, reply to your confirmation email.
